this is a 4 piece cover... you can open 1 to 3 of the pieces... it was on a 2004 chevy ex-cab, as shown in the photos... sorry, didn't have a good photo of the cover... I added a photo from JC Whitney to help you to understand how the cover works.... it was on the truck when I bought it, but I had to put bed-rails and a tool-box on the truck... so it had to come off... I don't have the keys for it, but that shouldn't be a problem to take care of.... Its in pretty good shape... ( 78 inch bed ) text is the best way to contact me......
